John Nemeth Tonight at Famous Dave’s BBQ

Blind Pig Records recording artist John Nemeth will be bringing his unique vocals and great hamonica playing to Famous Dave’s BBQ tonight before heading up to Duluth for the Bayfront Blues Festival. This is sure to be one of the best blues shows of the year (and a personal favorite of mine).
John will be featuring a great blues piano player and guitar player Bob Welsh which will be a treat. This dude is bad ass on both instruments. Some of these videos feature Kid Andersen who will be playing with Rick Estrin on Friday night at Famous Dave’s and this weekend at the Bayfront Blues Festival. As a semi-local connection, Kid Andersen played on and produced RJ Mischo’s latest CD “King of a Mighty Good Time”.

The Twin Cities Blues Gig Calendar has been updated with exciting shows coming up including a free concert of The Fabulous Thunderbirds playing the Aquatennial Block Party. Plus shows from John Nemeth (with Junior Watson) and Rick Estrin & The Nightcats (with Kid Andersen on Guitar) playing at Famous Dave’s BBQ during the weekend of the Bayfront Blues Festival.
